its that time of year again, where all rugby clubs have a good dig out and clean up the areas around the club. This is a national event sponsored by Natwest.

There are plenty of jobs that need to be done around the club and grounds and we would really appreciate your help.

We start at 10am this Saturday, and finish on Sunday! dont worry if you can only spare a few hours any help is really appreciated, and feel free to bring the kids along too its not like we are short of space for them to run around!

If you have a wheelbarrow and spade please bring them along as there is plenty of earth that needs shifting.

There will be food provided for any volunteers and the bar will be open.

Also our head coach James Hopkin has some free stash to give away to any one helping out.
