The next stage in the road to Twickenham.

This Saturday, Northallerton RUFC will take on Sunderland RFC in the next stage of the National Cup. Sunderland will host the game at Ashbrooke.

Make sure you are there to support the lads - no excuses! The only pain in rugby is regret; do not regret not being there.
