An exciting position has opened up at Northallerton Rugby Union Football Club for a Club Steward. We are looking for an experienced, passionate person who can continue to develop and drive forward our ever-growing Rugby Club and Function Room.

The successful candidate will be someone who is well organised, can lead by example and remain calm under pressure during busy events. The candidate will be required to have an excellent level of service, and be someone who can lead, motivate and train staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism. The candidate will also be required to manage their time effectively, organise and promote functions, manage budgets and staffing levels to achieve or exceed sales targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring and managing staff to work behind the bar.
