Unfortunately due to both pitches being frozen, all three of Northallerton’s home games had to be cancelled.
However, the club still enjoyed a reunion of countless ex-players to celebrate the 40 year anniversary of the clubs Yorkshire Silver Trophy victory and also a grand unveiling of the new 2nd, 3rd and 4th team captains of the past. The unveiling was performed by Club stalwart and local celebrity Jim Moffat.
There was also an excellent buffet provided by Mrs Mulholland, which was one of true quality, as can be testified by a few people visiting it 4 or 5 times!
The unveiling was followed by the clubs Christmas party, involving some interesting outfits and jumpers.
Next week Northallerton hope the weather improves for their league game away at Hemsworth while the second team are awaiting fixture confirmation.
