This is your chance to come along and hear the reports from members of the management committee and team captains and also to take part in the voting in of club officials.

There will be a few "vote off's" this year for certain positions on the committee which hasn't happened for a while.
To vote you must be a full member of the club (Player, VP, Life member) social membership does not entitle you to vote but you may still attend the meeting.

When you arrive you will need to sign in at the members desk and you will then be given your ballot cards to take part in the votes later in the evening.

Please arrive in good time so the meeting can get under way at 7pm sharp.
